St. Luke Preschool, a faith based, Five Star, NAEYC accredited school, serving children ages 2-6 for over 60 years, is seeking an Office Administrator for our year-round program.

Responsibilities
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Skills required include:
• Previous office experience
• Proficient computer skills in MS Suite: Word, Publisher, Excel,
• Experience with Word Press
• Good phone and e-mail rapport
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work as a positive member of a team
• Ability to be flexible
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Trustworthiness

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include:
• Registration and enrollment
• Maintaining student files, health records, and immunization records
• Receiving tuition payments
• Interfacing with the bookkeeper to invoice and track payments
• Interfacing with the director to insure smooth day-to-day operations
• Copying and distributing materials for teachers
• Assisting in classrooms as needed
• Greeting families
• Promoting the school
