Course Description: 

Provides a specific focus on educ policies, programs, practices, and services appropriate for young children who exhibit delays and disabilities. It will facilitate deeper understanding and sensitivity to the needs of children with diverse abilities and their families. The foundations include research-based decsion-making, developmentally appropriate practices, cultural sensitivity and competence, and activity-based interventions. Legal reqs will be identified. Writing Intensive.
