We invite local organizations to have a visible presence at our annual Conference. More than 1000 Early Childhood Education professionals from across the state will attend, and this provides a wonderful opportunity for you to outline the services you can offer them and the families and children they serve.
NMAEYC professionals usually visit the Community Connections tables in the Southwest Exhibit Hall throughout the daylong conference.
Community Connections groups receive two free conference registrations. Lunch at the Convention Center can be reserved for $20.00 per person; you may send the check for your lunch fee with your online table reservation.
Although we ask that you have someone supervise your table and its equipment or materials from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., we hope that members of your organization will use the complimentary registrations to attend workshops and the keynote address by sharing staffing duties at the table. Tables will be available for set-up anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on March 5, 2016. No vehicles will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall after 7:00 a.m.
