A commercial exhibit at NMAEYC's annual conference provides an opportunity to reach approximately 1000 people who work with young children from all over New Mexico and neighboring states.
Exhibits are an important part of our conference, and help us meet the “shopping needs” of the childhood care and education community. We have planned attractions to encourage attendees to visit the commercial exhibit area several times during the day.
Commercial Exhibit Package
For $225 an exhibitor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space, which includes one 8’ draped table and 2 chairs. You may bring other furnishings, but you must stay within the 10’x 10’ space due to Fire and Safety rules.
Commercial Exhibitor Considerations
- Doors open for at 6:00 a.m. Vehicles can enter the hall and are expected out no later than 7:15 a.m.
- Due to insurance policies, no children (under the age of 18) are permitted to attend this conference or work in the Exhibit Hall
- If you require electrical hook ups, the Convention Center will handle this service for you. There is a fee and contact information is available upon request.

- Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Reserve Your Space
- The deadline for all reservations for commercial exhibits is Friday, February 9, 2018! Reservations received after this date may not appear in our Program.
- To reserve your space(s), please fill out the online reservation form and mail your payment to the NMAEYC address. Once we have received your submission, a confirmation letter and additional information will be sent to you.
Other Promotional Opportunities
- Scholarship Sponsor. To encourage participants to visit the exhibitor area we will have raffle drawings throughout the day. The money raised from the raffle funds scholarships to attend the conference. If you would be interested in contributing an item(s) for the drawing, we will pick up the donations the morning of the conference.
- Conference Sponsor. Monetary donations help with the overall cost of the conference and offer increased visibility and recognition for your company.
